Kirwan Aquatic Centre and Love2Swim School have a NO REFUND Policy. If you wish to ask for one you must do this in writing as every situation is different.

We do not offer a 'Try before you buy lesson' but you can pay a casual fee for the first lesson and if you choose to continue lessons then you need to pay the remaining term fee upfront.

If lessons are cancelled due to weather then the option of a make up or a credit will be offered.

2 make up lessons are offered per term, if you are going away three days notice is needed to be eligible for a make up lesson. If your child is ill you must advise us prior to the class commencing then a medical certificate to be eligible for a make up.

Make up lessons will not be refunded as they are a service we offer. Make up lessons will not be transferred to the following term.
