Swim school fees are structured on a term basis and paid at the beginning of each term. An early bird discount is offered to clients who pay for an upcoming term before the end of the current term. Full term fees are due by the second week of each term. Accounts due after week two will incur a late fee to their existing amount.
Fee invoices for the following term’s lessons will be sent to your nominated email address two to three weeks prior to the end of the current term. Please ensure we have your preferred email address on file and notify us of any changes to your email address. Please let us know if you wish to change any lesson bookings for the following term at this time.
As a courtesy to our clients, Love2Swim School also offers a direct debit option for those clients who are unable to pay for the full term in advance. We do not give credit for missed lessons except in special circumstances, subject to the approval of the swim school manager.
Your child is permitted a substitute make-up lesson if the lesson was cancelled in advance. Make-up lessons must be taken PRIOR to the end of the current term in which the lesson was missed. Please call the centre on the week you are requiring the make up lesson to check availability and book. A maximum of 2 make-up lessons are available each term. Cancelled make-up lessons are unable to be rebooked.
Should special circumstances arise, Love2Swim School will consider carrying the make-up lessons over to the next term period, subject to the approval of the swim school manager.
If you intend to be away on holidays at the beginning or end of the swim school term, please notify us prior to the commencement of the term. Make-up lessons are available or your term fees will be adjusted accordingly, subject to the approval of the swim school manager. We do not give credit for classes that have been missed due to holidays.
Please notify us if you will be away at the start of term to avoid being charged for the full term.
Love2Swim School endeavours to provide opportunities for clients to join or be promoted to classes as soon as practical. However, sometimes the required class and time are not readily available. In such cases, clients are placed on a waiting list and notified as soon as an opportunity to join a class at your preferred day and time-slot becomes available.
